THE STORY
Prior to the Emperor's rise, before the aeldari existed, and before the necrontyr traded flesh for unyielding metal, violence shaped the world. Despite embodying fleshly forms, Trazyn the Infinite and Orikan the Diviner were complete opposites. Trazyn, an avid collector of historical curiosities, presides over a gallery filled with the most perilous relics and individuals of the galactic past. Orikan, a master chronomancer, crafts zodiacs that foretell and manipulate the future. But when an artifact with the potential to unlock the next phase of necron evolution is discovered, these two fanatics engage in a multi-millennial game of cat and mouse that alters civilizations, reshapes timelines, and changes them both eternally. As enigmas unravel and ancient truths come to light, one question remains - will their rivalry bring salvation or doom to the necron species?
