With the power of psyker mutations at their disposal, they can hurl blasts of warp-force or manipulate the flow of time to their advantage. Whether defending Humanity or bolstering their comrades with surges of dynamism, all Librarians are formidable forces on the battlefield. The Primaris Librarian in Phobos Armour is a strategic HQ choice for any Adeptus Astartes Faction, including the Blood Angels, Dark Angels, and even the Space Wolves, who view him as a Rune Priest. Along with formidable combat skills, he possesses the ability to manifest powers from the Obscuration discipline, aided by his psychic hood for protection against enemy psykers. Like other Vanguard units, this Librarian also dons a camo cloak to further enhance his stealth and cover capabilities.
