The unforgettable 1979 GMC Captain Hook marked the truck maker’s entry into the wrecker business. With the help of Holmes, a leading supplier of wrecker equipment, Captain Hook combined GMC’s C-3500-series cab-and-chassis with a beautifully styled fiberglass wrecker body equipped with hydraulic boom and winch control. Revell’s easy-to-assemble kit captures the rig’s head-turning design that helped make GMC truck centers THE place back in the day!
