The Catalina Flying Boat was one of the most famous and recognizable airplanes of the Second World War. It served with distinction in all theatres of the war as a submarine hunter and as a rescue aircraft for downed allied flyers. This model by Guillows authentically captures the looks of the full scale PBY in massive 1/28th scale to allow a highly detailed display model to be built.
This kit is NOT intended to be flown with any kind of motor.
*This is an unbuilt model kit that contains parts that need to be assembled. Cement and paint are not included but are required to complete the assembly . Basic modeling skills such as cutting, trimming, sanding, and painting are recommended. This model kit contains small parts and is not recommended for small children without parental supervision.
