Revell Paint Email Color: NATO Olive Matt 14ml

Revell Color is a synthetic resin enamel paint that does not attack the plastic surface of plastic models. However, many other materials can also be painted from the 14 ml paint can that is popular with many hobbyists. All color shades - except signal color - are intermixable and can be thinned with Revell Color Mix. Thus, the paint can be applied not only with a brush, but also with a spray gun.

As a cleaning agent, use Revell Painta Clean for the brushes and Revell Airbrush Clean for the spray gun.

This paint is used:

• as camouflage paint for aircraft of the German Air Force
• as topside paint of helicopters
• as topside camouflage paint of Luftwaffe aircraft during World War 2 (RLM 82)
• for anti-glare surfaces of US military aircraft especially in front of the cockpit glazing
• for surface painting of Royal Navy helicopters (Wessex, Sea King) during the Falklands conflict in 1982
• as a new topside camouflage paint for Tornado of the BW naval aviators (together with Anthracite 9)
• as surface paint on aircraft of the USAAC-US Army Air Corps the predecessor of the USAF in WW2 (e.g. North American P-51 Mustang, Republic P-47 Thunderbolt etc.)
