Reward Points Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By creating an account you are enrolling in this program, and agree to the following terms and conditions of Up Scale Hobbies Rewards Program.
Overview & Participation in the Program
Up Scale Hobbies Rewards Program is a free loyalty program that allows our loyal customers to earn Reward Points with qualifying purchases on upscalehobbies.com. There are no membership fees associated with the Rewards Program.
How to Earn Points
- To be eligible to earn Reward Points, you must have an valid user account on upscalehobbies.com. If you do not currently have an account you can create a new account here. (You will receive 1000 bonus points for doing so.)
- You will earn 10 points for every ($1) dollar you spend on qualified purchases
How to check and redeem points
- From the "My Account" page, click on the "My Reward Points" button. The "My Reward Points" page will display detailed information about your Reward Points.
- Reward Points will be available once the order in which they were earned has been shipped. If the order is canceled or returned, reward points will be removed.
- You must have a minimum of 2500 Reward Points before they will be available to convert to a usable Reward Points Discount Coupon.
- Once you reach 2500 Reward Points or more, you can choose to save and build up your points or convert them into a Reward Points Discount Coupon code. On "My Reward Points" page there will be an option to redeem your points and convert them to a Reward Points Discount Coupon code that can be used during your order checkout.
- The Reward Points Discount Coupons will be valid for ninety (90) days from the date that they were converted.
- Partial use of Reward Points is not currently available.
Reward Points Redemption rate: 500 Points = $1.00 (This is subject to change at any time)
Reward Program Terms
- Up Scale Hobbies reserves the right to change or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time without notice.
- All Reward Points will be valid for one (1) year from the date earned.
- Reward Points have no monetary value and can only be used as a discount to the cost of products ordered on upscalehobbies.com.
- Points cannot be applied to Shipping Cost, taxes, or any additional fees.
- A $25.00 minimum order amount is required to be able to use your reward points coupon.
- You can only redeem your reward points coupon on items that are less than or equal to the cost of your coupon.
- Example: If you have a Reward Points Discount Coupons in the amount of $50.00 and the items ordered cost $25.00 only $25.00 will be used from that coupon, The remaining $25.00 will be left on that coupon for use on your next order.
- The Reward Points Program and any logos or descriptions of the program are copyrighted to Up Scale Hobbies and can not be reused without written consent.
