This release from Lindberg offers a classic muscle car, the 1967 Oldsmobile 4-4-2. Introduced in 1964 the “4-4-2” was an option package which later became a model its own right from 1968 to 1971. The “4-4-2” name derives from the original car’s four-barrel carburetor, four-speed manual transmission, and dual exhausts. The W30 engine option added an outside-air induction system (admitting cool air to the carburetors via tubing from the front bumper), which required the battery to be moved to the truck. This model kit is loaded with details like chrome trim and rubber tires. Water slide decals and pictorial instruction decals are included.

*This is an unbuilt model kit that contains parts that need to be assembled. Cement and paint are not included but are required to complete the assembly . Basic modeling skills such as cutting, trimming, sanding, and painting are recommended. This model kit contains small parts and is not recommended for small children without parental supervision.
