    Shop upscalehobbies.com, and place an order for any in stock item. Then, find a better price on an in-stock, identical product (brand & model number) at a qualifying competitor's website within 14 days of your order.

    • Link to item on competitor's website:
    • *Include a screenshot of the item at checkout with shipping price on the competitor's website. All images must be clear and not altered in any way.

  • Verify

    We will review your request (may take up to 2 to 4 business days). Upon approval, we will email you a coupon code for 110% of the difference that can be used on your next order.

Guidelines and limitations:

Your item may be eligible for our Best Price Guarantee if:

  • The lower price is verifiable online at another online store based in the United States.
  • The item is currently in stock and immediately available for shipment.
  • The item is new and identical in its packaging, manufacturer, etc.
  • Shipping, handling, and sales tax charges (if applicable) are taken into account when we calculate a price match. For example, if a store is selling an item for a low price of $10 and charging a huge shipping fee of $15, then we will add the two costs to compare it to our cost plus our regular shipping charge to your zip code.

Exclusions:

The Best Price Guarantee is not applicable on the following:

  • Clearance, closeout, discontinued, liquidation/going-to-out business sales, pre-order items, damaged products, used, open package, seller/manufacturer refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, wholesale prices, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
  • Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor doorbusters/lightning sales (including Amazon Prime or Amazon Fresh Exclusive offers), coupon offers, special coupons or promotions for first-time buyers, loyalty reward cards, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
  • Amazon Third Party Sellers, eBay stores or auction listings.
  • Purchases during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday (week after Thanksgiving).

This Best Price Guarantee program is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse a Best Price Guarantee request that does not meet the above criteria or to prevent fraud or abuse or to ensure the integrity of upscalehobbies.com. The Best Price Guarantee program has a quantity limit of one matched item per order, per day, per user.

FAQs

A qualifying competitor is any online retail store based in the United States authorized by a vendor to sell a new, factory-sealed product.

UpScale Hobbies must be able to successfully validate the price on the competitor's website. If the price cannot be validated, UpScale Hobbies may decline the Best Price Guarantee.

Upon confirmation, they will issue a coupon for 110% of the difference, which can be used toward your next purchase on upscalehobbies.com. Coupons expire within 30 days of issuance. UpScale Hobbies reserves the right to cancel these coupons in the event that a purchase is canceled or returned. UpScale Hobbies also reserves the right to deny claims in the event of any violation of UpScale Hobbies policies.

110% of the difference means that UpScale Hobbies will issue a coupon for the difference in price between the price of the item on upscalehobbies.com and the price of the same item on the competitor’s website, plus an additional 10% of the price difference. For example if you buy an item on upscalehobbies.com for $100 including shipping but then find it on an competitor’s website for $90 including shipping, you will get a coupon for $11. This is the difference in price ($100 - $90 = $10), plus 10% of the difference ($10 x 10% = $1).

Competitor online items must be in stock at the time a price match is requested.
