Description

Full, wrap-around windows and a retractable canvas sun roof were just a few of the features that drove the hippies of the sixties and seventies positively mad for the Samba. It also featured extensive seating, large doors, an easy-to-maintain boxer engine, and that cool, rounded foreign look that eluded American automobiles. Even though it was originally intended for taking tourists through the Alps, it became an icon for hippies, surfers, and more.

*This is an unbuilt model kit that contains parts that need to be assembled. Cement and paint are not included but are required to complete the assembly . Basic modeling skills such as cutting, trimming, sanding, and painting are recommended. This model kit contains small parts and is not recommended for small children without parental supervision.
